Cancellation policy

Subscriptions are set to auto renew on the parameters you select during checkout. If you select monthly subscriptions, we will process an order, and charge your payment method on file each month. For annual subscriptions, we do the same but annual charges and new orders are automated for you.

Monthly subscribers will receive monthly flowers delivered by us to your loved ones final resting place. We choose the month appropriate flowers for this unless you ask otherwise. For example, the month that a holiday lies in, will receive that month's bouquet.
